Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Our processing includes:
- Order verification & security check.
- Detailed quality inspection of metal components and magnetic parts.
- Secure shock-proof packaging to ensure your model arrives in perfect condition. (Please note: Shipping time does not include processing time.)
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placement.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number issued, we are unable to modify, cancel, or redirect the shipment. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated based on package weight and destination, then displayed at checkout before payment.
Important Notes
- Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.
- Non-Arrival: If your order has not arrived within 25 days of shipment, please contact us at service@forgedatelier.com.
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
